James 1:16-18 | Genuine Faith and Spiritual Awakening and Birth

All these teachings helps us understand the central truth of the Gospel - Jesus is the Christ by whom we are saved. Salvation comes when we place our initial faith and trust in Him. It comes when we humble ourselves and enter into the waters of baptism for the remission of our sins. This is accomplished when we come to the awareness of our natural state and disposition. Through repentance, we receive the first principle ordinances of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

James 1:12-15 | Genuine Faith and Temptation

The world offers us all the desires and appetites that leave our bellies full and our flesh satisfied. Unfortunately, it is only temporary and we continue to remain hungry and thirsty for more of those things of the world. When we are tempted, it may come in guise of satisfying some desire. We develop an appetite for it. Eventually, it leads us to experience death of our sense of self through Jesus Christ.

Bearing False Witness and Doctrine on Whom do Latter-day Saints say Christ is

Probably one of the greatest questions ever asked in human history is that of Jesus Christ. Whom do you say that I am? Actually, He asked two great questions: Whom do men say that I am? and then the former question being directed toward his disciples. This is contained within Matthew 16:13-17:

False Dilemma of Aaron Shafovaloff’s ‘Dilemma of Mormon Exaltation’ – Subordination vs. Independence between gods

Since it is the constant request of Evangelical Christians to ask Mormons to research the truth - we will do just that. Research to see if Shafovaloff's presentation is one of sound reason and logic. If it is not, then we must disregard his understanding as another failed attempt to reason with the Mormons.

Misquoting 2 Nephi 25:23

The question arises is this: Are Evangelical Christians properly quoting 2 Nephi 25:23? Or, are they misquoting and missing the point entirely of what was contained in the context of 2 Nephi 25?

Defending Restored Gospel Truths

I happened to have become acquainted with this individual as he began to participate in a Facebook Group called Apologia of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This group is designed to discuss LDS apologetics and how to answer criticisms against the Restored Gospel. He provided a link to a post I made. It got deleted. Then, I challenged him to a discussion and he followed through with one topic that he felt is false.

Healing is a Mindful and Spiritual Journey Toward Transformation and Restoration of Godly Masculinity and Manhood

The greatest desire is for us to attain a high level of masculinity that is influential, impacting, and inspiring. By becoming a man of influence we are cultivating a true attribute of Christ-like integrity. This significant attribute provides a means by which we are able to influence our family, workplace, and community at large.

Cultivating Joy Through Repentance

True repentance, living the Gospel of Christ, experiencing the presence of the Holy Spirit, and being transformed into Christ's image and likeness is a process we all experience in this life. In order for this to occur, we are asked to do three powerful things.

Stand a Little Taller with Resilient and Bold Faith

We stand a little taller against the growing wave of immorality. We stand a little taller in the spirit of truth and light that is Jesus Christ. We stand with bold and resilient faith and courage to be the light by which those truly seeking refuge and sanctuary are able to come into the fold of God's kingdom. Each one of us, through our faith and commitment to the Gospel Principles established, are able to speak wisdom into those with broken hearts. We are called to serve and minister to those in need. Just as Christ served and ministered to the lowly and broken.

Taking a Closer Look at the Faulty Criticism of SpainardVIII

On the Nature and Doctrine of Salvation and Exaltation

True spiritual disciplines of a mindful Christian life focuses on the purpose of Godliness within our hearts, minds, soul, and body. It is the true foundation of an authentic Christian faith. One that is exemplified within the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. It is these spiritual disciplines that one seeks to attain salvation and exaltation. Christ in Ancient Americas – A Compelling Evidence of the Book of Mormon’s Authenticity

The Book of Mormon has always been a stumbling block for many evangelical Christians. Many attempts have given over to some interesting theories of how this text came about. One of the main criticisms is that there is no archaeological evidence to substantiate any people, person, place, or event recorded in the Book of Mormon … Continue reading Christ in Ancient Americas – A Compelling Evidence of the Book of Mormon’s Authenticity

Does the Bible Teach that God is Spirit in John 4:24?

Through Jesus Christ, the only begotten of God in the flesh, we worship the Father as the absolute sovereign and supreme being. We accept Jesus Christ as not only the Savior and redeemer of fallen humanity, we recognize him as mediator and the only means by which salvation is given. It is through the power and gift of the Holy Spirit are we able to find comfort, guidance, inspiration, and personal revelation.
